I'd like to get down now

Everyone's favorite student that we don't know the name of. Every Simpson fan will remember this iconic little girl in the most sticky of situations. She is approximately 9.5 inches tall and hangs from 2 properly measured hooks in the ceiling/window frame. 
She'd really like to get down now.
